Dairy Goats
Sales Policy
All sales are subject to the terms outlined below. Please read this agreement carefully before placing a reservation or purchasing a goat from Two To Tango Dairy Goats.
Reservations and Deposits
Reservations may be made after kids are born unless otherwise specified. A deposit may be required to hold a kid. Deposits are non-refundable unless the seller cancels the sale.
Reservations will be honored in the order they are received. Two To Tango Dairy Goats reserves the right to retain first choice of any kid from any pairing.
Payment
Full payment must be received prior to or at the time of pickup unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Health
All goats are healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. Our herd is tested annually for CAE, CL, and Johne’s disease.
A veterinary health check may be requested for any animal prior to sale; however, all veterinary expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once a goat leaves our property, responsibility for the animal’s health, care, and management transfers to the buyer. No guarantees are made regarding future health, growth, production, or quality.
For biosecurity reasons, goats may not be returned once they have left the property.
Pickup
Kids must be picked up by the agreed pickup date unless prior arrangements have been made. If a goat is not picked up within the agreed time frame, Two To Tango Dairy Goats reserves the right to cancel the sale and retain any required deposit.
Transportation
Transportation arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon.
Right to Refuse Sale
Two To Tango Dairy Goats reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sale at any time if it is deemed not in the best interest of the animal.
Goats are herd animals and do best with companionship. Two To Tango Dairy Goats reserves the right to refuse a sale if proper companionship will not be provided.
Discounts
Discounts may be available for 4-H members, ADGA youth, or performance homes actively participating in milk testing, Linear Appraisal, or goat shows. Please feel free to ask about available discounts when inquiring.
